One day, in an elementary school, there was a teacher telling a story to her pupils after the lesson. At the end of the story, she made a conclusion “Do a nice behavior each day!” The story was so attractive that all her pupils learned this sentence by hearts. When they left school, they saw an old lady crossing the street, but no one cared for her. One of them eagerly ran over to help her. On the other side of the street, there was a doctor walking to the hospital. Surprised by the action of the small kid, he came to ask the little boy about this action. Then he got reply: “My teacher said, each day you should do a nice behavior!” The doctor thought of this nice saying all the way to his hospital. Some minutes later when arriving at his office, the doctor saw a patient lying near the gate outside the hospital because of financial problem. He suddenly whispered the saying, “Do a nice behavior!” Then he took the patient into the hospital to be cured. This action made him happy deeply in his heart. He wrote the saying on the entrance door of the hospital. Some days later, there was a patient who used to be a robber checking out of the hospital. When he passed by the door, he saw the saying on it, and suddenly he was awoken by its meaning. As soon as he got out of the hospital, he saw a beggar sitting on the street. He recalled the saying and said to himself: “During my life, I have done millions of bad actions to other people but never made any good thing for them. Therefore, today I should do a nice action!” Then he took out all the money from his pocket to the beggar. Then the story of “do a nice behavior each day” is going on and affects many other people. All in all, if every one tries to do a nice behavior each day to help others around, the world seems to be a paradise on earth. In fact, “We only get true happiness when we bring happiness to the others”.
Note: I have heard the title of the story long long ago, but I did not remember any of its content. Hence, I composed the new content for this story since I was a leader of an English Club as I was in the third year of my undergraduate University.
